At Landon's 6-month check-up he weighed in at 18lbs. 13.5 ounces and was 28 inches long. He's a healthy little guy, which we're incredibly thankful for.
This past weekend, we visited Grandma and Grandpa Vig in Illinois (Adam's mom and husband). It was good to see them and relax with them, as Grandma is healing from a broken leg. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures for the posting, but don't worry, grandma and grandpa took A LOT! Plus, some video. We even watched some of the video that they took. Landon got such a kick out of watching himself on the screen and would talk back at himself. Landon wasn't a big fan of riding in the car that long. He gave us a couple bouts of his disapproval, but wasn't too bad.
And finally, the betrothed infants have met. Landon and Elle encountered one another a few days ago for the first time since out of the womb. These two have been arranged in marriage. The meeting seemed to go pretty well. At first, Landon was a bit too excited and rambunctious for Elle's liking. She came off as a little shy and conservative in the beginning, but I like that in a girl. She warmed up to him though. I think overall, it was a positive first meeting.
